Hello You Lovely Lot!!!
As it's summer (I live in England so in my case, slightly warmer weather), I thought it would be nice to share with you some of my favourite smoothies. And I'm not organised so these aren't my own photos.
So here we go!!!

1. Breakfast Smoothie - This varies slightly, but the ingredients that stay the same are, 1 banana, and a reasonable amount of oats (I estimate), and the ingredient that changes is the type of milk I add. Sometimes I use Hazelnut Soya Milk, sometimes Coconut Soya Milk, and sometimes Vanilla Soya Milk. I like all of these but my favourite one is probably the vanilla.

2. Apple and Banana - Now you have to be careful with any fruit smoothie that includes banana as it tends to overpower all of the other flavours if you add too many. I tend to use 2 apples and 1 small banana for this smoothie as there aren't a lot of flavours involved.

3. Summer Fruits - I get a box of mixed summer fruits from the frozen section in Morrisons but you can get them from any supermarket I would have thought. As well as adding a reasonable amount of these (again I estimate) I also put in 1 small banana, milk and vanilla or white ice cream. The milk helps crush the fruit down to a liquid and the ice cream makes the smoothie nice and cold.

4. Raspberry and Mango - Raspberries are my favourite fruit and Mango isn't far behind that so this is definitely one of my top smoothies for the summer. As well as the raspberries and mango, I also again add milk and vanilla or white ice cream.

5. Black Forest Fruits - This is similar to the Summer Fruits smoothie but some of the berries are different, for example in the Summer Fruits mix there are raspberries, whereas in the Black Forest Mix there are blackberries etc. Add milk and vanilla or white ice cream and that's all there is to it!!!
Its better to use liquids like milk rather than fresh juice as they are full of sugar, so even though they are 'meant' to be healthy, they aren't that great for you.
I hope this helped you get some ideas for what smoothies you could make and I hope you are having a fantastic summer!!!
Speak to you next Sunday!!!
